Internet Content Filter (firewall) blocks parts of the Audio Exam app. 

The app contacts the domain www.audioexamplayer.com to upload and download tests. Set your network content filter to allow this URL, and your students and teachers will be able to use the app on your network.

If this does not work, please respond to this ticket with some additional information:
* Can you download one of the sample test using Test Code: 34865-e or Test Code: 095-cde to a student Player at the location where you're having the problem?
* Have you ever successfully broadcasted an exam at that location?
If you have successfully uploaded an exam, have you also downloaded it to a student Player at that location?
